King Charles will be crowned Westminster Abbey on Saturday in a grand ceremony that dates back about 1000 years.
William and Kate Prince and Princess of Waleswere greeted by a crowd outside the Dog and Duck pub in Soho, the heart of London’s nightlife, and then went inside to meet regulars, bartenders and business owners.

“Hope everything goes well with fingers crossedWilliam said as he brought in a pint of Kingmaker ale in a 19th-century inn.
Asked about the upcoming celebration, Kate, who drank a pint of beer while chatting with the guests, said: “It will be a very busy time. We’re getting close to it. I still feel like we’re trying to put the ducks in a row.”
Saturday, William, heir to the throneand Kate will follow King Charles’ golden carriage in a carriage procession through the center of London.
For the trip to the pub, the royals opted for a less glamorous mode of transport, traveling by metro line “Elizabeth”named after her late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.
