It seems that Telegram Premium will copy the Twitter approach: for a fee, the user will receive a number of features that are not available in the regular version. Only a few of them are known so far. The full set is likely to be much larger and expand over time.

Premium has to offer

• So far, testing has only been done on iOS – this is where hidden features are discovered.
• A few minor differences are currently reported. One of them is to unlock more reactions.

• Also, new stickers with full screen animation will appear in the messenger.
• Another feature will be a special asterisk. It will be received by subscribed users.

At the moment, the list of paid deals looks rather thin and does not motivate to subscribe. However, this is just the beginning and we’ll probably get a lot more features in the release.
