In the rhythm of "The Clash" Ukraine congratulates the UK on the coronation of Carlos III

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine published a video for congratulate Great Britain on the coronation of King Charles III and thank the country for its support during the war with Russia.

“On the eve of the historic coronation we would like to thank our British friends for their friendship. We are grateful for your unwavering support and partnership, especially in the last year,” the ministry said on Twitter.

One minute video thanking London for weapons delivered to Ukraine and for the training of thousands of Ukrainian soldiersshows President Volodymyr Zelensky’s meetings with King Charles, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, Labor leader Keir Starmer and former Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

It’s set to the soundtrack “London Calling” from the British band The Clash.

The UK has been a key Western partner in providing military assistance to Ukraine since Russia’s invasion last February.

President Zelensky’s wife Elena. and Prime Minister Denys Shmygal are in London this week to celebrate the coronation of King Charles, who took the throne last September after the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth.
