Twitter will delete user accounts that have been inactive for several years.

“We’ve been clearing out accounts that have had no activity for a few years, so you’re likely to see a drop in your follower count,” Musk wrote.
It also did not give more detailed criteria to apply when deleting records.
According to Reuters, according to Twitter’s policy, users must log into their accounts at least once every 30 days so that they are not permanently deleted due to prolonged inactivity.
