Nutanix introduces Nutanix Central. It is a cloud-based console for managing infrastructure across the hybrid multi-cloud environment.

At its .Next conference, Nutanix introduces a new comprehensive management solution: Nutanix Central. The solution is cloud-based, but aims to give customers an overview of their entire hybrid multicloud infrastructure: from on-premises data centers and edge to a combination of colocation centers and public cloud providers.

Everything at a glance

Nutanix Central should provide unified management and reporting for the entire Nutanix environment, no matter where you run and use it. From a central dashboard, customers can get started with important data such as utilization and the status of domains. It is then possible to examine more closely what is going on in individual domains. Nutanix Central apparently builds on existing Prism Central capabilities, among other things, but goes even further.
