JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” uses artificial intelligence (AI) ChatGPT, working on the basis of deep learning technology, to analyze passenger requests.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the UZ press service on Telegram.
“We get an average of 1,300 travel points from passengers a day through the app. About 300 of these are text reviews directly related to the work of the railway. Previously, we handled each such feedback manually – now this work is handled by ChatGPT.”
UZ noted that the artificial intelligence automatically distributes passenger objections based on 21 issues, from “quality of service” to “delays”, and then uploads to the analytics system, which allows you to monitor the dynamics of complaints on specific trains and routes. days, weeks and months.
This allows the company to speed up feedback analysis and identify the most problematic areas.
UZ noted that ChatGPT correctly identifies the appeal category in 90% of cases.
As reported, the Ministry of Digital Transformation is considering ChatGPT’s opportunities in improving public administration and developing digital infrastructure.
