Alibaba Group, which also includes AliExpress, said that due to the war, some orders were not delivered on time and promised to return the money to customers.

Yulia Pavlenko, director of Ukrposhta’s international operations department, says that orders to residents of these regions who have arrived in Ukraine are disposed of and refunds are given to buyers.
