5 stupid traffic police “setups” that even experienced drivers fall into
Most motorists are well aware of the penalties for speeding, entering an oncoming lane, incorrect parking, violating the marking requirements and other typical traffic sins. But there is a whole “layer” of offenses and penalties for them, which the vast majority of helmsmen forget. And completely in vain, according to the AvtoVzglyad portal.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WASTE

With unpleasant regularity, most car owners see their neighbors downstream throwing all kinds of rubbish out of their car windows: chewing gum or food wrappers, cigarette butts, disposable cups, plastic bottles and the like. Even if such behavior doesn’t seem objectionable to you, don’t do it. If a patrol car of the traffic police is driving next to you, such an act can be done according to art. 8.2 of the Code of Administrative Violations of the Russian Federation – for throwing waste in the wrong place.

WILL YOU GO?

Well, who forbids me to peep at the dacha or in front of the entrance to my own high-rise buildings – to attract the attention of members of the household, for example? This is of course a matter of life. But if you look – reprehensible. After all, traffic rules only allow the use of a horn to prevent accidents on the road. And if you allow yourself “fa-fa” for any other reason, the traffic police that happened in the area may well give you a protocol according to art. 12.20 of the Code of Administrative Violations of the Russian Federation (500 fine) – for violating the rules for the use of sound signals.

LEGS UP!

On the face of it, an insane, but quite working option for a police officer to “fly around” the driver is associated with some ladies’ innocent way of traveling, putting their heels in the place of the oncoming air current – flirting their legs out the sky cross passenger window.

Many do this for the sake of “unique” (in their opinion) frames for “stories” in social networks. And from the point of view of the Code of Administrative Offenses, such behavior under part 2 of art. 12.23, devoted to violations of passenger transport rules. It “value” 1000 rubles just fine.

OVERSIZE!

The subject “dacha-nag” is also quite capable of presenting a real discovery in a personal piggy bank of knowledge about fines – when it becomes necessary to carry something household, but big, in your car. If you violate the rule that a couch or bed (yes, anything, in principle!), hoisted on the trunk of a passenger car, should not protrude more than 40 cm beyond the side clearance of the car, the first oncoming traffic officer will be able to impose a fine on the driver pursuant to art. 12.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for “violation of the rules governing the carriage of goods.” 500 rubles. At first glance, the penalty is not great. But the point of view on the issue can change if you imaginehow many more such protocols can be picked up on the way to a distant dacha.

“GROUND” PUNISHMENT

Unexpected “fun” in the form of a fine can also happen to citizens who, by the will of fate, own houses/palaces on the water. In the suburbs, for example, there are plenty of summer residents. The point is that art. 65 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation prohibits driving on dirt roads located in the water protection zone of reservoirs – rivers and streams, as well as ponds, lakes and reservoirs associated with them. For a river with a length of more than 50 km, the water protection zone is 200 m from the water’s edge. If your house is within its limits and a dirt road is driven to it, driving over it in a personal car, you constantly risk a fine of 4,500 rubles – in accordance with Art. 8.42 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
