“I am sure that thanks to independent and perfect production chain, research and development potential, production capacity, improved product quality and the growing influence of brands, Chinese cars will further increase the share of the Russian market and become more and more popular among Russian citizens” , he said.
The ambassador noted that during their presence in Russia, Chinese car companies presented many models that later became popular. He also stressed that automakers from the Middle Kingdom will continue to develop the Russian market in accordance with its characteristics and needs.
Recall that, unlike European brands, the Chinese have canceled or postponed not only the delivery of cars to our country, but also the presentation of new models. For example, a crossover from the premium brand Exeed LX was introduced in March, and another SUV, the Chery Omoda 5, recently premiered, which is expected to hit the market this summer.
