Next — inspection with preference. In too cheap glasses you can see uneven edges, possible geometric distortions. And if the size of the glass exceeds 5 mm, then the purchase should definitely be discontinued. There may be problems with its installation.
Note screen printing (screen printing along the edges). On cheap glasses it has been changed with green or blue stripes, or it has been applied carelessly. You will not find this with major manufacturers.
It is important to remember that all bona fide manufacturers provide their goods with a quality certificate, and the authenticity of the product is also confirmed by a holographic sticker with the company name, batch number, series and other data.
As for Chinese companies, they have already learned how to make good glasses, but some of them have problems with the chemical composition in their production. As a result, scratches and wear appear faster on the glass surface. So if you choose Made in China products, you should install soft “windshield wipers” so that there are less scratches.
