Russian company Engels Spark Plugs, formerly known as Robert Bosch Saratov, is introducing a new trademark for its premium line of motorcycle spark plugs, Meteor. Previously, they were produced under the Bosch brand.

The manufacturer promises a rich assortment. Under the Meteor brand, it is possible to purchase consumables that use special nickel-based alloys, as well as precious metals – platinum and iridium compounds. All of them significantly extend the life of products.

There will also be multi-electrode spark plugs, which are in great demand among owners of premium cars. It is believed that in such parts the spray pattern is more uniform.

As far as product quality is concerned, it will continue to be guaranteed by maintaining the high production standards of the Bosch Group. By the way, the factory also continues to produce mid-price products under the EZ trademark.

Recall that the brand change was a condition of the deal to acquire the Russian assets of the German concern in English by the diversified holding company S8 Capital. For Russian drivers, rebranding will not actually change anything: they will be offered the usual product, but under a different label.
