While AVTOVAZ ignores the greed of dealers offering the latest LADA Largus for 2 million rubles, Sollers is relaunching locations abandoned by Japan’s Mazda and Isuzu, and Avilon is buying the Hyundai plant in St. Petersburg. For what? To load it probably with “Chinese”, which, by the way, have become more numerous in the domestic market in the past week: medium-sized BAIC X55, seven-seater Jetour X90 Plus and Dongfeng 580, electric Evolute i-VAN. .. And more about the most important events of the past few days – in video overview of the AvtoVzglyad portal.

Let’s start with our own Lada. Largus production resumed in mid-August and are now arriving in dealer showrooms. A few days before the start of sales, AVTOVAZ carefully removed the price lists of the model from the official website – they say, ask for it at car dealers. They asked: it turned out that for less than 2 million rubles a workhorse, the assembly of which will soon “move” to Izhevsk, cannot be bought today.

Meanwhile, “Largus” is transferred to Udmurtia, we go to the Leningrad region – to the Hyundai plant. According to insiders, the company, which has been dormant for a year and a half, will soon change ownership. It is reportedly being purchased by the Avilon dealer holding company. It’s just not clear why. The new owner will certainly follow the Chinese path, like Sollers for example.

This week, Ulyanovsk residents relaunched the Vladivostok site where Mazdas were previously produced. There they set up the production of JAC T6 pick-up trucks, which they want to sell under their own brand. And by the end of the year, Sollers will revive another enterprise – Isuzu in Ulyanovsk. But there are no details yet.

As for the “Chinese”, they have been very active this week: there are really a lot of launches and announcements. Let’s start with the topics that are most relevant and accessible. Kaliningrad Avtotor opened sales of the medium-sized crossover BAIC X55. The conditional competitor of Skoda Kodiaq, Nissan X-Trail and others like them is offered at a price of 2.8 million rubles. The equipment is reasonable, but questions arise about the power sources.

There is good news for family people: this week two seven-seat crossovers appeared at Russian dealers. Yes, Chinese. But with a normal warranty, spare parts and other benefits of official sales. Among the newcomers are an extended version of the Jetour

But that is not everything. For other “heavenly” new products – including budget and electric products – see the video review of the AvtoVzglyad portal, which you can find Here.
