As TASS reports, representatives of Russia and Saudi Arabia are discussing the possibility of launching official sales and service channels for Aurus cars in the Middle East. In addition, the materials of the meeting of the intergovernmental commission, to which the agency refers, mention the possibility of supplying KamAZ-54901 tractors and GAZelle Next vehicles, specially adapted to warm climatic conditions.
The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Denis Manturov, also noted that the countries of the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa) will become the main export destination for Russian Aurus cars in the near future. At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister has already announced the start of production of a renewed version of the Aurus Senat sedan in the spring of next year. But there are no details about that yet.
