But in the Bryansk CAFAP, the traffic police decided that the Lancer driver is a malicious offender! And they fined the owner of 5,000 rubles! But it turned out to be impossible to find out exactly under which article of the Code of Administrative Offenses: the fine checking service on the official website of the traffic police of Russia again shamefully does not work. In those rare cases when he does come back to life, the check shows that no fines have been found. And the infamous public services portal says the opposite, albeit without publishing the text of the decree.
