A number of media outlets have reported that the Volga Automobile Plant is ceasing production of LADA XRAY. This was caused by problems with the supply of parts and the departure from Russia of Renault, the ex-co-owner of an interest in AVTOVAZ. Admittedly, this information turned out to be greatly exaggerated.
