As Kommersant reports, the capital’s government has announced a tender for “the implementation of work to create a uniform automated system for collecting and processing information about incidents on the road network.” It will be called “PROSevent”, and the job description indicates that the neural network must recognize abnormal situations that are not formally violations of the rules.
These include, for example, ‘entry of vehicles into a prohibited area’, ‘entry of pedestrians into a prohibited area’, ‘recording a concentration of vehicles moving at an average speed significantly lower than the normal speed for a given area’ and ‘vehicle movement at a speed significantly lower than the speed of the main flow.”
Non-standard situations also include accidents, fire, cars parked on the roadway and objects on the road, according to the data center. Information is automatically sent to emergency services and other city services to respond and provide assistance.
