Car owners are one of those people who quickly and easily adapt to all the innovations of legislators and the traffic police. That is why we see car wrecks on the roads that have miraculously passed the MOT, tinted and tuned cars. Now, however, our colleagues from the state have come up with something worse, allowing the car of almost any citizen to be auctioned. The AvtoVzglyad portal discovered the conditions under which you can lose your car once and for all.

Russian law is quite loyal to offenders. For nearly killing people while driving under drugs, you can get out with a fine and temporary loss of the right to drive a vehicle. For chasing anyone who colors “traffic cops” is even ashamed to present anything to car owners – the fine is ridiculous. With tuning or on a car that is not suitable for driving, it is quite easy to get through the MOT if desired. Or trying to fix the problem on the spot isn’t such a terrible amount. Yes, this is the reality of our country. Lately, though, there’s something that will be worse for some than drink-driving.

The State Traffic Inspectorate, together with the bailiff, has announced joint raids, the purpose of which is to establish certain conditions, which will allow the car owner not only to temporarily deprive the vehicle, but even to leave it behind, confiscating the latter and selling it through an auction. Do you think this is not possible?

How else can. The action plan is as follows: the traffic police stops the car to check the documents. And the bailiffs added to them for reinforcements will check the car owner for unpaid debts. This is easy to do thanks to the “Bailiff” system, which tells all the ins and outs of the owner based on the number on the car.

The next is a matter of technology. If the bailiffs establish that enforcement proceedings have been initiated against the driver, an appropriate act is drawn up on the spot and the debtor’s car is detained.

The caught debtor is obliged to pay off all his debts in full within ten days. If the money is not credited to the appropriate accounts even after the vehicle has been detained, the car will be sent to the auction, where it will gladly be sold. The proceeds will be used to pay off debts and repay the damages suffered, with a state commission, of course.

In general, if you have unpaid traffic police fines, child support, taxes, and of course housing and municipal services, it’s time to pay them off. Otherwise they will do it for you, but you will not like this method.

By the way, did you know that the traffic police can issue a fine of 5,000 rubles for a speed of less than 50 km/h? In addition, it is almost impossible to fight against such arbitrariness: more details – here.
