As TASS reports, deputies of the LDPR, led by Yaroslav Nilov, Chairman of the Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs of the State Duma, have submitted to the House of Representatives a bill establishing the procedure for awarding a certificate to a young family with a child to buy a Russian-made car.

In the draft law “On a family certificate for the purchase of a car”, deputies described the procedure for awarding a personal certificate to citizens, which allows them to purchase a domestic car for the allocated amount after the birth of a child. It is clarified that families with a total income of not more than 3,000,000 rubles for the previous calendar year can receive such a privilege. The amount of the certificate is 1,000,000 “wooden”.

According to deputies, the adoption of the bill will have a positive impact on the country’s demographic development and birth rate growth, and at the same time on the development of the domestic automotive industry.
