According to RIA Novosti, during his speech in the Federation Council, AVTOVAZ President Maxim Sokolov revealed the timing of the start of production of Largus with a power plant.

“Next year – in the first half – we will launch production of e-Largus on the assembly line of the Izhevsk plant, we will restart production of Largus with an internal combustion engine,” he promised.

The first experimental batch of LADA e-Largus should be released in December 2023. At least, these are the terms that Mr Sokolov mentioned earlier.

Let us remind you that in the spring the Volga residents presented a pre-production version of the electric Largus – the station wagon received an electric motor with a power of 150 hp. Of. and a lithium-ion battery. It can travel up to 400 km on a single charge. The model accelerates to 100 km/h in less than 10 seconds and the top speed is 145 km/h.
