Road to the sea: how to make the car invisible to the traffic police

The holiday season is just around the corner and many Russians will probably try to spend it somewhere on the Black Sea coast and get to their vacation
For decades, legends have circulated about how “striped stick workers” among the traffic police personnel of the Black Sea regions of Russia have been hunting for money that rustles in the pockets of vacationers who come to the coast from all over Russia in the summer. Therefore, anyone who goes on holiday to the Black Sea with their own car should be prepared for the most unexpected claims of the oncoming traffic police and ensure that the military has as few reasons as possible to communicate with the driver. That is, if possible, remove all “hooks” for such “communications” that are visible to the eye of law enforcement.
First of all, you need to disassemble any lights you have installed on your car to improve visibility at night or to improve the visibility of the car to other road users. Even emergency driving lights in the bumper fit perfectly as a pretext for a corruption-intensive “conversation” between the inspector and you.
Formally, extra “light” is an intervention in the design of the car, which must be registered with the traffic police. By law, a traffic police inspector who finds such a “terrible” violation on the road must order the owner of the car to remove it and present the car to the local traffic police within 10 days for them to do so. Verify.
If the order is violated, the driver will be threatened with sending the car to the seized property and up to 15 days of arrest. Such a perspective, drawn by a soldier in the presence of a vacationer, can make the latter very accommodating in terms of “informal material assistance” to the inspector’s family.
What could be more harmless than plastic deflectors on the windows of a car? How can they disrupt something or pose a security risk? And it does not matter: their installation falls into the category of “changing the design of the car”. Since their presence is clearly visible from the outside, you should also get rid of them during your holiday trip.
In fact, this applies to any “tuning” of the body, including spoilers and wings on the roof or trunk of a car. Strictly speaking, even the “fly swatter” on the hood can be “pulled” with an unauthorized design change. Especially if the traffic cop on the highway is specifically looking for an excuse to “talk” to a wealthy vacationer.
For a trip to the sea, it makes sense to disassemble even decorative elements: for example, a nozzle on the exhaust pipe or curtains for the windshields of the car. It is also recommended to remove “wheel offset” – when the disc protrudes clearly from the wheel arch. In other words, you need to make the appearance of the machine as standard as possible, close to the factory version. Only in this case can we hope that the traffic cop will not think of stopping you again.
