This year could be a turning point for Russian dealers, and any support for them is an opportunity to turn the situation in their favor. Various contests and prizes are one of the tools to profile yourself as a modern and advanced company. So, this year Avito Auto and the Avtostat agency again held a national award, where market professionals competed for the title of the best. It is useful to know the winners of the prize and potential buyers of cars – both new and used, passenger and commercial. After all, the choice of a car dealer will sooner or later meet the consumer in full growth, both in terms of the design of the sales process and the service level.
As a reminder: for the eighth time, the Car Dealer of the Year 2022 prize will be awarded. Briefly and officially, the aim is to analyze the activities of dealers and holding companies and to identify the most advanced in terms of organizing sales, service and marketing.
At the same time, which is very important, the organizers of the event, who choose the leaders of the domestic auto retail trade, are guided not only by the opinion of a professional jury, but also by customer reviews. And in that sense, it’s indicative that in the “Best Customer Experience” nomination, the organizers noted the companies that showed a high quality of customer service.
To determine the winners in this arguably one of the most important nominations for a regular buyer, the experts analyzed, among other things, dealers’ work with customers on the Avito website as, without exaggeration, the resource consumers need most for finding cars, spare parts, related services. And here in the segment of official dealers (people should know their heroes!) won the companies “Artan”, “KIA Center Zubovo” and “Prokhor” (the latter two specialize in the sale of used cars).
In other words, both here and in other nominations, the picture was very objective, and as a result, among the 50 nominees who passed a serious competitive selection, the best dealers of cars and commercial vehicles demonstrated the most effective work in the areas and directions of the auto industry announced by the price.
By the way, the battle for the first places was serious, as all 3,000 official dealer centers operating in Russia were invited to participate in the prize. And in the final stage, 575 dealers from 55 cities competed for victory in five categories (“Organization of New Car Sales”; “Organization of Used Car Sales”; “Organization of Service”; “Marketing – Used Cars” ; “Best Customer Experience”) RF, which represents 49 car brands. In addition, as part of the Car Dealer of the Year 2022, winners were determined for the first time in two new nominations: Light Commercial Vehicles (here Avtritail took the unreserved victory) and Commercial Vehicles (it turned out that trucks and trailers are the best traded in the country by Transit-Don, agricultural machinery by Boston Technic and road construction machinery by Bigcenter).
And the answer to the question of whether it was worth dealing with the price this year, given the current reality, including that of car sales, was given to the AvtoVzglyad portal by the director of Avito Auto Kirill Votyakov:
— For the eighth year in a row, we are evaluating different aspects of dealers’ work, from sales, marketing and ending with service. And this year the prize for car dealer of the year is awarded under the motto ‘Leadership Beyond Circumstances’. Yes, today our industry faces serious challenges. But we are sure that open interaction, exchange of experiences and joint search for the best solutions are the principles that will help the market. For our part, we will continue to develop the car dealer of the year award and the method of selecting the best players in the market to expand and strengthen the professional community …
