While they are cutting good asphalt on the roadway in Moscow in order to put good asphalt back on, in some regions, as before, there are never roads, but directions. The ongoing and economically inexplicable replacement of new, pardon, curbs with new ones in city streets was first discussed during a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the development of Russian road construction. Portal “AvtoVzglyad” provides details.
“Here you go on the highway. Great song! Start renovating! Either the canvas is removed, which is absolutely normal and can serve for a few more years, or they start to change the edge! Why? Because the lead time has come and extra money has to be invested,” Finance Minister Anton Siluanov was outraged at a meeting on road construction chaired by Vladimir Putin.
In doing so, the President of the Russian Federation demanded that at least 85% of the entire backbone road network in the country be brought into the normative state within the next five years. He believes that all the necessary resources and possibilities are available for this.
In his speech, Putin also said the government had decided to extend the M12 Moscow-Kazan toll road under construction to Yekaterinburg and beyond to Chelyabinsk and Tyumen. Moreover, according to Putin, the federal authorities will seriously deal with the development of the road network in the Far East in the near future.
It’s just a shame that the nation’s leader has never returned to the issue of “borders”. He didn’t say a word, however, about some regional leaders’ enthusiasm for paving stones, which are both impractical and usually fit into a blunder.
