As the AvtoVzglyad portal has already said, the European Union introduced a ban on trucks from Russia and Belarus in early April. In turn, the official Minsk introduced counter-sanctions, banning the entry of cars of European carriers … Therefore, the local truck drivers are now forced to unhook trailers or reload goods after entering the territory of Belarus .
At the same time, drivers from Poland, Lithuania and other EU countries have always tried to fill their trucks “to a full tank”, as fuel is much cheaper at petrol stations in Belarus than on the other side of the border.
However, a new instruction came from Minsk: from now on, foreign carriers are obliged to buy diesel fuel of the DT ECO class, which is sold only by 12 border service stations. For a liter of such diesel fuel they ask for 3 rubles 58 kopecks (this is 84 Russian rubles), although ordinary fuel is much cheaper – 2 rubles 38 kopecks.
When a truck driver tries to refuel with cheap diesel fuel, he will be fined from 64 to 320 Belarusian rubles – this is from 1,500 to 75,000 of our rubles. Malicious offenders await community service or administrative arrest.
And continue the theme of ‘distance combat’. In Kazakhstan, Russian truck drivers suddenly began to have a difficult “nightmare”. The AvtoVzglyad portal tells in detail why our comrades in the customs union suddenly became angry with carriers from the Russian Federation.
