At the Russian Retail Week, the largest Russian forum dedicated to the retail sector, GAZ Group showed not only the pre-series Sobol NN, but also new versions of the Gazelle NN. Portal “AvtoVzglyad” has carefully assessed the novelties of the market.
The food truck on the Gazelle NN chassis is designed to work at public events. It is equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals and drinks: a roasting surface, a barbecue, a deep fryer, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee machine.
Two tables, one with a cooled surface and a water supply and exhaust ventilation system, ensure that a team of three people can get to work. There are sockets for connection to the mains and there is a petrol generator for autonomous operation.
The built-in battery powers the cooling equipment while you’re on the move, ensuring your frozen food stays warm and your chilled drinks cool on the way to your event.
The second novelty is the Gazelle NN refrigerated truck designed for the transport of frozen products. The strength elements of the frame and body are designed to protect the van from deformation when driving on uneven roads.
Reinforced thermal insulation allows you to maintain the temperature of the transported cargo at a level of -20 ° C. The power of the cooling unit is up to 2800 W. The standard equipment includes 15 attachment points for the load, a rear view camera and a safe for storing money and documents.
Although the main premiere of the past event is of course the aforementioned “Sobol NN”. This is not only a modern alternative to the Ford Transit vans, but also to the more compact Citroën Jumpy and Peugeot Expert.
