Major repairs are underway in the Rostov region: by the end of this week, road workers plan to open up traffic along all 108 kilometers of the Rostov section of the M4 motorway, where the road surface has been replaced. And this is the rare case that the road builders managed to meet before the start of the holiday season.
As representatives of the state-owned company Avtodor told the AvtoVzglyad portal, according to statistics, after June 12, there is an increase in traffic intensity. Therefore, the workers were faced with the task of completing the replacement of the road surface by that date. As a result, at the height of the summer holidays it was possible to guarantee the full capacity of the Rostov section of M-4.
And this is a great success! Indeed, as a result of the Ukrainian conflict, Russian road builders have been forced to quickly look for new suppliers of equipment and some construction materials, but this is by no means the industry’s only acute problem. It is still possible to find cars, another question is that there is no one to work for them, because even high salaries do not attract potential candidates.
