The main differences of the new engine are the presence of a more efficient radiator, a viscous coupling for the fan impeller and a charge air cooler (in the automotive industry, this element is often called an “intercooler”). From July this year, the upgraded engine will replace the current range of units. The main buyer should be the St. Petersburg Tractor Plant, which produces tractors under the Kirovets brand.
