Lamborghini has confirmed the imminent premiere of another version of the Huracan model. Probably, we are talking about the Tecnica version, which will be a calmer version of STO. A new aerodynamic “tail” and a former “aspirated” V10 5.2 are expected, tuned to deliver 640 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. The debut of Huracan Tecnica will take place on April 12 at 13:00 Kyiv time.
According to preliminary information, Huracan Tecnica (earlier there was an assumption that the car will be called JV Stradale) will be mainly a cosmetic update to the regular Huracan Evo.
The supercar will receive a naturally aspirated V10 5.2 paired with a seven-speed LDF robot and an all-wheel drive transmission. All this looks like a replacement for the discontinued Huracan Performante, although it already has a rear-wheel drive Huracan STO (Super Trofeo Omologato) as an ideological successor.

Unlike the STO, the Tecnica is expected to not have the same aggressive aerodynamics, including a stern stabilizer fin. On the only teaser of the novelty, so far you can see only a carbon fiber engine cover of the original design and a plate with the inscription Ordine di accensione, that is, the order of operation of the cylinders. There is a chance that the Tecnica will be one of the last variations of the Huracan before the hybrid successor arrives in 2024.
The second variant of the Huracan, also scheduled for launch this year, is the Huracan Sterrato SUV, based on the 2019 concept of the same name.
Such a supercar will be able to move relatively painlessly on primers and will probably even receive a special off-road mechatronics mode. Roof rails, underbody protection and increased ground clearance can become standard for a two-door.
