Over the past week, the price of petrol has fallen by 5% and since the beginning of the year, fuel costs have fallen by as much as 30%.
According to the St. Petersburg Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange, one tonne of AI-92 is now estimated at 36,600 rubles, and at the 95th – 40,700 rubles. But for diesel fuel, prices have not changed so noticeably – in the past week, diesel fuel has “dropped” in the price tag by 2% – to 53,500 rubles per ton.
Since the beginning of the year, fuel costs have fallen by almost a third. However, we add that we are talking about wholesale. At regular gas stations, the drop was barely noticeable – just 0.5%. So, as already mentioned, there is nothing special for our brother to rejoice over. Judge for yourself: if a liter of the same 95th on the exchange costs 30.5 fortified rubles, then in retail at gas stations they will demand on average 51.7 Russian banknotes.
However, it is worth thanking you in any case for the fact that our fuel is still cheaper than in Europe or the same Ukraine.
