Design and aerodynamic features

Xiaomi SU7 Ultra has a sportier design compared to the standard SU7 model. It comes with an extended body structure, a 1.56-meter-wide rear spoiler and 21-inch Pirelli P Zero 5 tires. With an active diffuser at the rear, it also delivers a downforce of 265 kilograms.

The interior design aims for high comfort with Alcantara leather upholstery, carbon fiber details and luxurious accents.

Powertrain and payload

SU7 Ultra is powered by a CATL-produced Qilin 2.0 battery with a capacity of 93.7 kWh. This battery has an impressive discharge capacity of 1,330 kW and can be charged from 10% to 80% in just 11 minutes.

The triple electric motor produces a total of 1,526 hp and 1,770 Nm of torque. This system allows the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.98 seconds and to 200 km/h in 5.86 seconds. The maximum speed of SU7 Ultra is measured as 350 km/h.

Braking system and handling performance

Xiaomi has equipped the SU7 Ultra with a powerful braking system. The vehicle has carbon ceramic brake discs measuring 430mm x 40mm at the front and 410mm x 32mm at the rear.

These discs, supported by Akebono brake calipers, allow the vehicle to come to a complete stop from 100 km/h in just 30.8 meters. In addition, driving behavior is improved thanks to the Asil-D Torque Vectoring system.

Price and availability

SU7 Ultra, With a price tag of 814,900 yuan (approximately $114,200) in the Chinese market is for sale. Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun positions the SU7 Ultra as a strong alternative to the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT model. The vehicle received 3,680 pre-orders within a short time after launch.

It is currently unclear whether the car, which is currently exclusive to the Chinese market, will be offered for sale worldwide in the future.
