But often even the websites of public services and the traffic police at such times do not show a picture of the offense for which the motorist is asked to pay. As for the fine checking service on the official portal of gibdd.rf, he just likes to “hang” – thinking endlessly after the visitor enters a corresponding request. So whether or not to pay if you see a corresponding notification with a missing photo of the violation?
“As a rule, photos are uploaded to the public service website within 2-3 days from the date of the decision,” car lawyer Mikhail Nikitin told the AvtoVzglyad portal. – If there is any doubt about the fairness of the fine without a photo, you must wait for the delivery of a complete copy of the decision, either in “paper” form or in the “notifications” section of your account on the single portal of the public services – if online delivery of certified letters is connected (http://zakaznoe .pochta.ru).
