Users from a number of Russian cities complain about the inability to order a taxi through the applications of the most popular aggregators. Portal “AvtoVzglyad” provides details.

On June 24 at 11 a.m., massive failures of taxi booking systems were registered in Moscow and a number of major Russian cities. The global outage affects the mobile services of almost all major players in this market: Yandex Go, Uber, Taxi.ru, Lucky, Citymobil and Maxim.

Problems are being identified, both for owners of smartphones on Android and iOS. When you try to order a car, the system displays messages such as: “Server Error”, “Unknown Error”, “No Connection” and the like. In addition to the capital, information about the problems also came from Voronezh, Stavropol, Dagestan and the Rostov region.

Specialists from aggregator companies try to solve problems. Observers note that the magnitude and severity of the failure, which occurred concurrently with several organizations operating in the country’s taxi market, point to externally inspired reasons for what happened. It is possible that some computer intruders attacked the servers of Russian taxi aggregators in this way.
