Another accident on the Moscow ring road demonstrated the shameless driving skills of the capital’s car owners. Portal “AutoVzglyad” tells how an innocent incident led to a huge accident.

The morning of July 8 on the 38th kilometer of the Moscow ring road did not predict any problems. Cars on the ring side of the highway in the Yasenevo area, although in a fairly dense stream, were traveling at a pretty decent speed for this time of day – about 50-60 km / h. That before the start of the morning rush hour is simply a wonderful result. Everything was fine until the wheel of the VAZ 2114, moving in the far right lane, did not fall off while driving. The speed of the car was slow and it rolled itself at the speed of a pedestrian, diagonally across the lines of the Moscow ring road.

The unguided projectile passed through the four right-hand lanes without any problem. Drivers of cars that were threatened with a collision by a rolling object drove calmly around it. And the driver of the crossover, following the second lane from the left, paid attention to the approaching wheel only at the last moment and braked sharply to avoid a collision. Immediately afterwards, the three cars that followed him “clung” into the stern of the one who got up, like a dug-in car, thus collecting a classic “train”. The driver of the Gazelle, following in the far left lane, saw what happened next to his car in an accident, braked hard, lost control of the wheel and his truck got stuck on a concrete dividing wall.

But the “icing on the cake” was the appearance of KamAZ, which dragged your fellow dump truck on the second lane of the Moscow ring road from the right side of the road. He arrived at the scene of the accident no less than 15 seconds after the start of events. The car stopped in front of him. After all, according to an old driving tradition, when you see an accident, even if it happened on the other side of the road, you should slow down to the speed of a snail and stare as long as you can, drive past, see someone else’s accident and thereby slowing the movement of all the cars following you.

So: the Kamaz driver was apparently so immersed in the scene of an accident that he only noticed the braking of the vehicle in front of him when it was too late. Despite an emergency stop, he “overtook” the delayed passenger car. Then the truck skidded, dragged on its right side and overturned, crushing the cars already in the far left lanes after an accident involving a “stray” wheel from the car. Police say no one was injured in this crazy accident. However, she caused a powerful congestion.

Note that the incident showed the extremely poor driving skills of many savvy Moscow drivers. It seems that they practically do not look at the road – they do not see what is happening around and in front of them. And if they encounter an emergency situation, they cannot react in time and correctly, even under ideal road conditions: on flat, dry and warm asphalt, with excellent visibility!
