For this reason, the head of the Scientific Center for Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Dmitry Mitroshin, proposed to include driving electric scooters in the compulsory school curriculum. Admittedly, according to the author of the initiative, the biggest problem will be to find free study hours, which are now not enough even for fundamental subjects, such as mathematics and physics.
