OUR Chevrolet announced today (19) new Blazer EVelectric model for the brand’s successful SUV, the company’s new vehicle arrives to make up the electric vehicle portfolio and is scheduled to launch in the US in 2023, it will also be launched in Brazil, but there is no forecast for a model launch in this way yet.

The car will be released in several configurations, allowing the consumer to choose trim details as well as performance, and there will be a battery option that will allow the user to travel more than 530 kilometers on just one charge. It will also be possible to choose, for example, between the design-focused RS variant and the SS, which adds more performance.

The new car will be built at GM’s Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico.

• Charging speeds from 11.5kW (AC) to 190kW (DC), which GM estimates will increase range to 130km in just 10 minutes;

• Full LED outdoor lighting system with animated effect for greetings and farewells;
• Elegant, spacious cab, finished with environmentally friendly and soft-touch materials;
• Advanced safety technologies such as automatic emergency braking when reverse gear is engaged;
• Front seats with “ventilation” and “heating” functions;
• Electric opening of the access cover for battery charging.
