There is no self-identification for a Muscovite. He was lucky from birth and it is not necessary to give his life on a residence permit. For a limited worker who arrived in Moscow for sausage, career growth, access to an acceptable life (underline if necessary), it is very important to be holier than the Pope and more metropolitan than a native Muscovite. For which the usual method has always been used: humiliation of non-residents. What are we all for? Understand now…

After settling in Moscow, the Limiter begins to resent the small motherland he has left and despise the population outside the Moscow ring road. Most notably, this abhorrent stereotype is seen in the behavior of the capital’s mayor, Sobyanin. It turns out that he finds it necessary not only to humiliate his non-residents, but also to take their money.

The project of toll roads in Moscow, which should become the high-speed diameter of the MSD, is being carried out at the expense of the country – from the budget. This means that all of Russia has handed over money for 68 km of road without traffic lights from the north to the south of Moscow. Driving a truck on this new road is prohibited even before it is completed. Suddenly the hard workers of all Russia, making money for the mayor of the capital and the budget, will spoil its new highway?

Only light vehicles are allowed to drive. But this highway is exclusive to Muscovites. The rest of Russia is recognized as second-class and is obliged to pay tribute to driving at a high-speed diameter. The mayor divided people into friends and enemies. And punished the rest of the country for its non-capital. Feeling a native, Sobyanin felt it necessary to punish with the ruble the other Russia that had stuck its head in its Moscow, which was dispensing a limiter complex foreign to the native Muscovites.

The mayor said of himself in the third person: “Today we made another important decision: MSD will be free for residents of Moscow and the Moscow region. Tolls will be introduced for transit motorists from 1 January 2023.

There is also a reason. It is not in the wretched desire to look native against the background of others who are despised. It is a sincere suspicion that out of jealousy the whole country is waiting for a chance to pour into Moscow and eat all the sausages, trample all the lawns and break through all the curbs and roads. Struggling with this personal complex, when the country is considered unworthy and clearly miserable, the mayor justifies himself: “This is being done to protect the highway from additional traffic from transit cars.”

In fact, the limiter complex, along with greed, gave the expected result: the use of the city owned by the mayor will be paid. At first, the rest of those who came in large numbers are invited to celebrate that they can travel for free for a residence permit in Moscow. Those unlucky enough to register will pay tribute. But then everything happens, just like with paid parking: everyone will pay. Moreover, the country does not really need this new road and there is no reason for them to travel on it. And the compensation is immediately included in the city budget. As a result, they will shake out everyone’s money, regardless of registration, complexes and residence.

I wonder if the M4 Don highway will be made free for locals living nearby? And do Petersburgers get benefits if they live near the M11?
