Legendary pilot Fernando Alonso, 41, became the youngest champion by winning the 2005 Formula 1 Drivers’ Championship when he was 24 years and 58 days old. Alonso’s record was first set in 2008. Lewis Hamiltonthen became world champion in 2010 at the age of 23 years and 134 days. Sebastian Vettel was taken by him. Vettel’s record has not yet been broken and it doesn’t look like it will be anytime soon.
