The shuttle is being sold… for the owner’s debts: the announcement lists the unmanned electric vehicle as impounded property. They plan to sell the car at auction for $37 thousand (in Russian money it is about 2,100,000 rubles).
The power reserve of an unmanned electric bus is about 180 kilometers and a full charge takes no more than 4 hours. You can operate the equipment in both unmanned and manual mode, in addition, the driver can accelerate not to 25, but to 40 km/h.
By the way, as for autonomous technology. Naberezhnye Chelny has developed a KAMAZ-6559 dump truck designed for quarrying. In addition, the model, called “Jupiter 30”, is a 100% drone that has no cockpit module at all.
