It is forbidden to leave such individual vehicles on lawns, in flower beds, on the territory of other green spaces, near monuments, memorials, military graves and on sidewalks less than 1.5 meters wide.

For incorrect parking of an electric scooter or a “big” scooter, in accordance with the proposed amendments to the Regional Law “On Administrative Violations in the Saratov Region”, the owner will be fined 500-1000 rubles. For an electric scooter thrown randomly on the street, according to the idea of ​​​​the author of the initiative, the penalty should be 2,000-5,000 rubles.
