As part of the festival of speed, drive and music Garage Fest, Igora Drive organized an exhibition of rare cars under the Autoculture banner. Portal “AvtoVzglyad” evaluated the submitted copies and is ready to share their impressions.
A large-scale festival has ended at the car dream Igora Drive, which brought together crowds of car enthusiasts and more than 130 rare car exhibits.
Notable examples include the icon of the 80s – the Ferrari 512 Testarossa, the fastest Opel-Lotus Omega sedan of the 90s, and the legendary Mini Countryman Dakar, in which Stefan Petransel won the 2012 Paris-Dakar rally marathon.
The exhibition was decorated, among other things, with the track Porsche 997 GT3RS and Porsche 997 GT2, Chevrolet Corvette C2 and Subaru Impreza WRX STI 22B, of which only 400 cars were assembled. The participants of the Russian club Jaguar were also satisfied. In particular, the exclusive 1948 Jaguar XK120. By the way, this model set the speed record for production cars in 1949. And representatives of the Lincoln and Cadillac club rolled out a unique Cadillac Town Sedan. The exact same car belonged to Al Capone himself.
This year, Autoculture’s specialized lecture hall, which worked in the form of discussions, held a spread of one and a half hours of sessions with the participation of thirty authoritative experts in the automotive industry. Overall it was not boring, loud and “fast”.
