In conversation with law enforcement officers, 20-year-old residents of the Buynaksky district reported that there was no free space in the car, and therefore the passenger climbed on the roof. Now he will pay a fine of 500 rubles under Part 1 of Article 12.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. As for the driver, he was given a series of decisions: an unfastened seat belt, transporting people outside the cabin of a car and driving a vehicle that was not registered in the prescribed manner, the traffic police of the Republic of Dagestan said.
