The new Russian brand Evolute presented another crossover

A traditional autumn cycling festival took place in the capital last weekend. More than 30,000 pedal enthusiasts participated, but something else is much more interesting. At the head of the column were three cars of the new Russian brand Evolute: I-Pro, I-Joy and I-Jet, which appeared in public for the first time.

The Russian company Evolute, which plans to produce converted electric cars from China’s Dongfeng and its sub-brands, promised to present five new products by the end of 2022. Previously, it introduced the I-Pro sedan (a modified Dongfeng Aeolus E70) and the I-Joy crossover (Dongfeng Seres 3), but now the public has been introduced to the coupe-shaped I-Jet, built on the basis of the Seres SF5 model.

Officially, representatives of Evolute have not yet disclosed the technical details of the I-Jet. It is only known that, unlike the I-Pro and I-Joy, the crossover is not powered by a purely electric, but by a sequential hybrid power plant (ICE acts as a generator). It is believed that the maximum power will reach 693 horsepower. Of. – crossover coupé can accelerate to 230 km/h.

And if I-Pro and I-Joy come to the assembly line of the Motoinvest Lipetsk factory at the end of this year, then I-Jet will have to wait until 2023. How much it will cost, representatives of Evolute also do not say. Although it is safe to assume that the price of new items will approach 5 million rubles.

Recall that earlier the AvtoVzglyad portal wrote that the Evolute was included in the preferential car loan program – although no model is on sale yet. And here you can read more about it.
