The hardware and software complex Rozysk-Nano was created at the Meteor factory (part of the Rostec company) in collaboration with Digital Region JSC. It consists of a vehicle-mounted video surveillance module, a tablet and special software. The device recognizes license plates of cars in the stream at a distance of 100-150 meters, both while driving the carrier car and when parking.
The “Rozysk-Nano” processor compares in real time all detected GRZ with police databases, and also cooperates with the “Big Brother” of the traffic police – the federal system of total vehicle surveillance “Web”. For example, cars that are wanted or stolen, or deregistered, and are therefore not allowed to drive on the public road, are quickly identified in the stream.
