It is noteworthy that the experts took only the annual operation of cars as a basis. Apparently not in the hope that the “Chinese” can travel more. However, which is even more remarkable.
So, based on the calls from car owners to the “officials” about some problem that happened to the car for almost a year (June 2021 was taken as the start of the reporting period), a car reliability rating was prepared in the Chinese market. The best, as you might guess, were the models whose owners visited the technical centers the least.
Among the complaints relevant to the owners of the “Chinese” in the first year of ownership, one can distinguish between weak headlights, insufficient sound insulation, a “chemical” smell in the cabin, as well as uncomfortable seats and excessively “light” brake mechanisms.
The owners of GAC Honda joint venture models have the fewest complaints. For the third year in a row, they remain the leader in the reliability score. Next comes the Japanese-Chinese tandem Dongfeng Honda.
And if we are talking exclusively about the “heavenly” automotive industry, then the Changan brand won the palm here. Chery and GAC shared second place and Geely rounded out the top three.
