The old Toyota FJ Cruiser frame SUV was withdrawn from the North American market in 2014, and the model was discontinued in Japan and the United States in early 2018. Now the car is saying goodbye to the Middle East, in honor of which the Asians have prepared a limited edition of the “rogue”.

According to Abdul Latif Jameel Motors, the distributor of the Japanese brand in Saudi Arabia, production and sales of the Toyota FJ Cruiser SUV will be completed by December 2022. At farewell, a limited edition of 1000 copies will be made under the traditional name Final Edition.

It is expected that all cars will have a beige body color and black bumpers. The interior is also made in the same series. In terms of technology, of course, there are no changes here. Under the hood of the car runs a 4-liter V6 with a capacity of 273 forces in combination with a 5-speed “automatic”. The equipment has a plug-in four-wheel drive and a two-speed “razdatka”.

Recall that FJ Cruiser can now be purchased in Chile and some African countries. It is still unclear what will happen to sales in these markets.
