On the internet it is easy to find smeared photos very similar to the ones that are “fat” and with captions about success in tricking the system. They look fake, of course, but such a speed really exists!
Moreover, it is described in the specifications with which the fixation complexes must comply. So for old cameras this should correspond to 250 km/h, which in a certain scenario some models of modern cars can reach. The new complexes are obliged to solve violations at speeds of up to 350 km / h, which already seems quite problematic.
However, this does not refute anything at all, but on the contrary confirms the “story”: the cameras are not allowed to register violations if the speed is high. Another problem is that it must be very high.
