A new service is available on the State Services portal that notifies Russian car owners about recalls related to their vehicles. The project is carried out by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation, Rosstandart and the Polylog Bureau. In automatic mode, drivers will be able to understand that there may be problems with the car.
Very often, car manufacturers launch service campaigns aimed at eliminating problems that have arisen during operation and the risk of accidents, as well as refining manufacturing defects in cars that are put on the market.
All activities are coordinated with Rosstandart in accordance with technical regulation legislation. The official representatives of the brands are obliged to correct the shortcomings, and this is free for car owners.
If previous dealers informed customers about the need to go to the technical center, such notifications now automatically come to users of the state services.
It is worth adding that from 2015 to 2022, more than 6,000,000 vehicles were recalled from the Russian market for various reasons.
