Formula E is a category of auto racing involving electric vehicles. Formula E focuses on speed and economy, promising the most efficient cars in the world. The track will be created at the Sambadrome in order to influence the daily traffic in the region as little as possible. O 5,000 tickets are already on sale as part of the “Early Bird” package – Initial sales strategy for buyers within the event. Prices range from 300 to 375 reais, tickets are distributed over 6 sectors of the sambadrome.
According to the FIA (International Automobile Federation), all stands will be directed towards the track, overlooking the starting grid. Thus, the spectators will be able to follow all the details of the race.
A new production featuring Eduardo Moskovis and Maria Fernanda Candido will air in November.
In addition, the event will have a lot of entertainment before and after the race. With live performances, food options and opportunity to meet Formula E drivers, including the representatives of Brazil, Lucas di Grassi and Sergio Sette.
The category consists of 22 riders representing 11 teams. They will compete for places at the Anhembi circuit, which was created specifically to provide a high-speed bet that will test new Formula E cars. Alberto Longo, co-founder and vice president of Formula E, says he is looking forward to the event in the city of San Paulo. “We can’t wait for this race in Sao Paulo, a busy place. Vice President says that the presence of the event in São Paulo highlights how much the city supports changeencouraging the use of electric vehicles for the benefit of people and the environment.
