Apparently it was born thanks to multiple media requests for comment on relevant posts in the Shot Telegram channel. He repeatedly claimed that thanks to the Potok system, the traffic police began to detain motorists in the central, northern and northwestern administrative districts of Moscow. The targets were men who did not appear on the agenda at the military registration and recruiting offices. After a conversation with the police, they would have already received mobilization letters.

Keep in mind that Potok continuously checks the license plates of all cars that pass under the traffic police’s cameras. This identifies cars that are on the wanted list for one reason or another. The system can provide the location and route of such a vehicle in real time to the nearest traffic police, after which the arrest takes place.
