Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed bin Salman said the kingdom’s first car brand, called Ceer, will not only produce eco-friendly electric cars but also integrate them into a global ecosystem. And not in different markets. According to him, the first products will please consumers in 2025.
It is worth noting that CEER is a project of Saudi Arabia’s Sovereign Wealth Fund in collaboration with well-known Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Foxconn. Licensed components and equipment from German BMW will be used to assemble the vehicles. What will come of this – we will soon find out.
