For example, according to the Russian Union of Auto Insurers, average prices have increased significantly for parts for Japanese Honda cars (by almost 60%), Swedish Volvo (by 51%), Japanese Mazda (by 49%) and British Land Rover – by 46% .%.
Meanwhile, spare parts for Japanese Infiniti’s premium crafts rose in price by 42%, German Mercedes-Benz and BMW by 41%, and for Audi by 38%. Incidentally, the average price tags for the Japanese Suzuki have increased by the same amount.
As for more popular cars, the average cost of auto parts increased by 30%. In particular, we are talking about the products of Nissan, Mitsubishi and Lexus, whose components are “heavier” by 33%, Skoda – 30%, Hyundai and Kia – 29%, and Volkswagen – 28%.
Spare parts for American Chevrolet added less in price – by 27%. But parts for “our brands” have only increased in price by 12%.
